OpenIdAjaxTextBox doesn't support POST requests on positive assertions

Description

If an OP sends a POSTed positive assertion response, the ajax control just fails to recognize the response. We definitely need to fix this.

This is fixed in the rpControlBase branch, which is slated to merge with master for v3.3.
